Job Purpose:
  • Implement and monitor the development programme for HRD Corp talent to meet quality supply of future leaders and to implement strategic initiatives and effective processes in Performance Management & Transformation to support business needs.

Key Accountabilities:

Performance Management
  • Coordinate the new initiatives on talent management for the company. (day-to-day operation).
  • Ensure the performance management initiatives activities to be conducted in constant manner.
  • Ensure targeted communication and capacity building programs in the talent management process to enable managers to effectively evaluate and measure individual and team performance and to optimize performance and productivity.
  • Analyze and provide input on how performance management system could be improved in future.
  • Assist in monitoring the implementation of talent development programmes for HRD Corp talent pool.
  • Coordinating Performance Improvement Plan to ensure it achieves the desired outcome.
  • Responsible in employee training assessment and recommendation for future improvement.
  • Undertake other such reasonable duties as required by the management and department.
  • Develop strategic management of performance evaluation cycle across HRD Corp in accordance with guideline to ensure effective performance cycle for all HRD Corp's staffs.
  • Identify areas for improvement to ensure an effective implementation of performance evaluation infrastructure and alignment between performance and business needs

Succession Planning:
  • Develop and implement relevant career management programmes / initiatives to support the divisions in the efforts around talent and succession pipeline management.
  • Provide and coordinate career paths counselling and conduct retention interviews to engage and retain the employee talent pool.
  • Provide a work environment that is motivating; identify high potential employees for succession planning and recommend development needs as required.

Transformation:
  • Preparation of materials such as but not limited to reports, minutes of meeting and presentation decks.
  • Monitoring initiatives & project progress with internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct research on best practices for initiatives or projects undertaken.
  • Analyse and revise current HR processes/procedures and realign with the processes by using new tool and system to achieve more efficient ways of working.
  • Work on the project for cultural and organisational change with new framework developed and implemented in the organisation for the employees to embrace agile working practices.
  • Analyse the HR capabilities and identify new HR tools for the embracing the discruptive changes in digital HR transformation including redesigning work, and Robotics Process Automation (RPA) which able help the business, including the roles of leaders and managers in future work.
  • Collaborate and work together with other HR personnel to propose improvements an HR process to maintain HR’s role in designing and creating the employee experience, together with other areas that affect the complete employee lifecycle process.
  • Design and deliver a significant HR transformation programme and ensure projects are delivered in regard to timeline while keeping the projects on budget.
  • Create sustainable value through people culture and change initiatives or projects, designing HR strategies, and improving HR operations to improve the employee experience towards the internal stakeholders.
  • Continuously monitor actual expenditure against budget and undertake appropriate control measures to ensure operations are conducted effectively and efficiently within approved budget.
  • Undertake other such reasonable duties as required by the Management.
  • Any other related ad-hoc requirement as required by direct supervisor.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or any relevant discipline.
3 - 5 years of experience in managing Performance Management System or completed 2 PMS cycles.
Candidate must be willing to work in HQ Office at Damansara Heights.
