Jawatan:

1. ENGINEER – GREEN BUILDING INDEX FACILITATOR (GBIF)

Requirement:

• Business acumen and equipped with knowledge of basic accounting and finance principle
• Strong leadership, people and communication skills
• Can work in any work environment even under pressure and with minimal supervision

Job Responsibility:

• Assist on office facilities and equipment and improve services.
• To execute the development and monitor the FM service budget.
• Assisting and supervise maintenance repair work and assist with checking installation and servicing building equipment. To manage the maintenance operation in ensuring the continuous monitoring of the condition of equipment by anticipating maintenance need in advance, executing small repair jobs before major failures
• To provide services to enable building projects to achieve GBI accreditation
• Technical facilitation, including liaison with Principal / Lead Consultants for (Green Building Index) GBI projects
• To ensure high performance standard (example: Platinum Building) is maintained by planning work schedule

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (at least) in related fields, ideally in Facility Management, Engineering or a similarly management or engineering or facility management-minded field.
• GBIF certification will be an added advantage

Salary : Negotiable

2. EXECUTIVE – CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT

Requirement:

• Experienced in communications, media relations, public relations, branding and customer engagements
• Has good communication skills, high initiative and commitments
• Has an attractive personality
• Open personality, active thinking, good learning, interpersonal communication and comprehensive processing capability, good service sense and aesthetic quality.
• Can work in any work environment even under pressure and with minimal supervision

Job Responsibility:

• Plan and manage the internal or external customer engagements with based on agreed approach and plan
• Internal stakeholders and coordination for all customer engagement and communication activities (as and when required)
• Manage customer experiences regarding office facilities and equipment and improve services.
• Coordinate and execute customer engagement and management activities with Residents of Platinum Building, MO, Pihak Berkuasa Tempatan (PBT), ministries and other related agencies.
• Delivering a comprehensive service to enquiring customers

Academic Qualifications:

• Applicant have graduated in Bachelor’s in Business / Marketing/ Human Resources / Communication or equivalent from a recognized institute.
• Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or its equivalent, with credits in Bahasa Melayu, English and Mathematics

Salary : Negotiable
