Job Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Information Technology (IT) or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Have a good teamwork
• Able to work independently and with minimal supervision
Job Description:
• Maintain reference data maintenance, user access security of the system.
• Day to day monitoring the system performance in terms of utilization and capacity.
• Assist in troubleshooting of any computer hardware within the Hospital.
• Install and configure the PC hardware and software.
• Support end users on minor problems concerning the Hospital Information System software and IT devices.
• Understand basic integration of the modules and data flow.
• Assist to monitor the network (LAN) system in the building.
• Liaison with the external vendor on major system problem occurrence.
• Shutdown and restart the whole Hospital system when instructed.
• Run and generate IT monthly Checklist Report.
Summary of role requirements:
• Looking for candidates available to work on weekdays and Saturdays
• 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
• Working rights required for this role
