Positions:
1. SECURITY GUARD (BASED AT MIRI, SARAWAK)

Primary Objective:
- Safe guard company’s properties and construction sites.
Major Responsibilities:
Prevent assault or fighting among worker’s camp occupant or Construction areas.
- To investigate and report any suspicious person, strange event or accident within the company’s construction site.
- To screen entries of non-company’s vehicles on construction sites / company properties after working hours.
- To check and ensure all unoccupied under construction houses on site are not occupied by illegal occupants.
- Be proficient in fire fighting.
- To maintain all equipment necessary for day-to-day security operation are in good condition such as walkie-talkie and bicycle (if any).
- Perform any other duties as directed from time to time by the Management and immediate Superior.
2. SENIOR ENGINEER - PROJECT (MIRI BASED)
Responsibilities:
The following duties are not exclusive and certain items require effective delegation in whole or in part to be adequately fulfilled.
• Monitors, co-ordinates and sequencing the construction works.
• Studies drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with client, consultants and authorities requirements.
• Ensures site operates in accordance with the requirements, policies and procedures.
• Ensures HSE requirements fully complied with.
• Liaise and co-ordinates with clients and consultants representative to ensure construction implementation meet the contract requirements.
• Updates and report construction progress weekly to Project manager/Head Office Management.
• Responsible on daily site activity reporting to the immediate supervisor.
• Ensure toolbox meeting is to be conducted within your section every morning before start any site activity.
• Perform any other duties as directed from time to time by immediate superior and Management of Naim Group.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
2. 3 years related working experience preferably in building and construction industry.
3. Registered with Board of Engineers, Malaysia.
4. Strong project management capabilities.
5. Familiar with Microsoft applications.
6. Good interpersonal skills.
