Positions:

1. RETAIL BUSINESS OFFICER

Responsibilities:

• Building effective partnering through problem solving and counseling with our customers
• Drive the business together with our customers to ensure their sales growth for fuel, mart etc.
• Ensure effective liaison with fuel, convenience store & station retailers and staff including handle complaints.
• Conduct compliance audit for fuel, mart etc
• Prepare discussion audit findings for every field audit task.
• Analyze audit and promotional compliance results and report feedback and suggestions for improvement to HQ
• Creates marketing campaigns and strategies, including marketing campaign implementation and schedule, and budget planning.
• Stay updated on industry and consumer trends and adjust the marketing campaign strategy as needed including competitor survey.
• Resourceful, reliable and independent. Organize office operation such as meeting, events and reports.
• Effective teamwork and self-management.
• Being braver to travel around the state to visit every station and able to manage schedule efficiently.

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

2. ACCOUNTS CUM ADMIN ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:

• Manage day to day operations & accounting roles.
• Handle AR and AP functions
• Monitor company cash flow payment
• To key in accurate & efficient data into company accounting’s system
• Responsible to do reconciliations of creditor’s statement of account
• Responsible for month end closing to ensure timelines & accuracy for Management Reports
• Liaise with customer / banker / auditor / tax agent
• Perform ad-hoc job assigned by superior.
• Any other task related to job scope when deemed necessary by the management.

Requirement:

• SPM / Diploma / Degree in Accounting
• At least 1 year experience in accounting / audit work
• Required language (s) – English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
• Required skill (s) – MS Excel, MS Office
• Responsible, good communication, positive attitude, reliable, willing to learn
• Initiative & ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Knowledge in UBS & SAP (B1) will be an advantage
• Able to start work immediately will be an advantage
