Position:

1. HEAD, BUSINESS ASSURANCE AND COMPLIANCE SECTION, GROUP SUSTAINABILITY

Responsibilities:

• Formulate, develop and implement strategies, policies and adopt best practices on business continuity, enterprise risk, quality, environment, occupational safety and health (‘OSH’), and anti-bribery for SIRIM Berhad and its subsidiaries to support organisational goals and strategies.
• Among of tasks:
• Spearhead and execution of internal audits to ensure compliance with management systems, acts and regulations.
• Provide advisory or consultancy in business assurance including reviewing risks.
• Strategize and lead engagement with industry, government and society and assist in the development of business sustainability input.
• Formulate Enterprise Risk Management and Business Continuity framework, strategies, policies, and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Possess minimum Degree in Engineering/Science/Technology or related field with or equivalent with minimum 15 years working experience.
• Candidates with postgraduate/professional qualifications will have an added advantage.
• Possess minimum 10 years’ experience in risk management, management system and conformity assessment.
• In-depth knowledge in government, social, quality, environment, OSH, anti-bribery related to legal, risk management, principles, best practices, and other requirements.
