Positions:
1. PARTS ASSISTANT
Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with information and advice on warranty protections, potential cost savings and the
- advantages of trading in versus fixing their car
- Manage and oversee the dealership’'s workflow and schedule
- Call customers to advise them about service changes or car pick-up times
- Maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business
- Ensure strict compliance to company policies & procedures pertaining to branch parts operations and inventory control / issue and assist in the achievement of the targeted stock turnover ratio.
- Ensure prompt back order, follow-up and supply of parts to all customer.
- Responsible for achievement of targeted counter and workshop sales target and net contribution.
- Responsible for the achievement of an efficient parts administration and regularly undertake effective housekeeping activities.
- Ensure efficient warranty administration, strict compliance to warranty policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by superior when required.
Requirements:
- Possess qualification with SPM/MLVK/Diploma in administration or equivalent qualification
- Microsoft Office Literacy
- Candidate with relevant experience will be given advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good command in written and spoken of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
2. AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN / TYREMAN
Responsibilities:
- Perform basic auto repairs such as oil changes, fluid level checks, tire rotation, replace brake pads, wheel bearing, sensors and entry level diagnostic work. Includes: tires, brakes, exhaust and suspension. Begin to locate and diagnose problems with malfunctioning vehicles. Carry out optimum quality check on all vehicles before delivery back to customer.
- Maintain workplace's cleanliness and ensure all equipment are well organized.
- Tidy grooming & professional appearance.
- Perform any additional ad hoc tasks that assign by management / superior.
Requirements:
- A minimum qualification of SKM Il or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Salary will be commensurate with working experience / qualification
- Team player with initiative and positive attitude toward.
