Positions:
1. SENIOR ASSOCIATE, PROGRAMME MANAGEMENT
Key Accountabilities:
The role involves collaborating with project leaders to define scope, establish detailed plans, manage risks, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions for successful integration.
The role involves liaising between team leads, members, and senior management, providing regular updates and status reports on implementation milestones, achievements, and challenges.
Maintain accurate implementation documentation, prepare progress reports, present to stakeholders, and update department policies and procedures to ensure effective communication and performance.
The representative of Group Strategy & Performance (GSP) in ad hoc projects, they provide valuable insights, contribute to planning and execution, and ensure alignment with GSP objectives.
2. SENIOR ASSOCIATE, SUPERVISION
Key Purpose and Accountabilities:
Conduct Site Supervision Visits to customers' premises (periodic/disbursement purposes).
Complete the Site Supervision Reports after the visits within a specific period.
Maintain good relationships with customers (internal and external).
Accountable for portfolio assigned or to be assigned – avoid turning impaired.
Observe compliance of customers’ facilities.
Conduct necessary reviews. E.g., ODD/KYC/QMCR/ESG/SJPP etc.
Attends to customers’ consent requests.
Monitoring of collection of payments from customers.
Compliance with internal policies and procedures.

Ltd. of Malaysia. MIDF also partly financed the first integrated iron and steel manufacturer Malayawata Steel Bhd.
