1. ASSISTANT PRODUCT MANAGER
About this role:
- Plan, strategize and execute international artist projects and English releases by domestic artistes within UMM.
- Oversee the company release schedule and new release marketing plans.
- Collaborate with various departments at Universal Music Malaysia to drive marketing and promotional efforts including digital, press and radio for all languages.
- Product Management and creative!
- Manages the Digital Marketing team
- Manages DSP relationships and strategy, distributor relationships
- Maximize catalog revenue
- Manages the graphic designers, commission and oversee music videos productions
- Manages publicity campaigns and artists
Desirable Traits:
- 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably from the music or entertainment fields.
- Experience working within a media agency, music industry will be advantageous
- Degree in Marketing, Business Studies or Mass Communications.
- Loves Music!
- Experiences working with artists and DSP’s would be a plus.
- Fluent in English verbally and written.
