1. SENIOR EXECUTIVE, TENANT RELATIONS UNIT
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Management / Business Administration or any Professional Qualifications in a similar discipline or equivalent.
- At least 3 years experience in Property management or in a relevant field.
- Possess a good network with valuers or other real estate advisors is an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal skills, strong initiative and able to work under strict deadlines.
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English Language both written and verbal.
- A team player with the ability to work under minimum supervision, possess good interpersonal skills and initiative.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Able to travel frequently.
2. INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS MANAGER
Requirements:
- A recognized Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Social Science majoring in Industrial Relations, Law, Business Administration or other relevant fields.
- IR related certification from MEF and MIHRM is an added advantage.
- Possess good knowledge of laws governing workers i.e. Employment Act, IR Act, etc.
- Proactive, alert and paying attention to details.
- Critical and analytical thinker.
- At least 5 years of experience working in a similar role.
- High level of energy and ability to handle and set priorities for urgent situations.
- Able to work autonomously / independently.
- Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents.
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English Languages both written and verbal communications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
3. EXECUTIVE, SARAWAK REGIONAL OFFICE
Requirements:
- Bach. Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration / Management or Professional Qualification in the same disciplines or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year experience in relevant field.
- Exposure in project evaluation or credit analysis is an added advantage.
- To be stationed at Sarawak Regional Office.
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English Languages both written and verbal.
- A team player with the ability to work with minimum supervision, and possess good interpersonal skills and initiative.
- Computer literate especially in Ms Excel/PowerPoint/Reporting.
