Positions:
1. PRODUCT MANAGER (MARKETING)
Job Description:
- Make strategic planning for product that have been assign to achieve sales objective, profit and target percentages of monthly and annual.
- To ensure the planning and implementation activity to follow the strategy has been set to achieve sales target and off take customers.
- Monitor the effectiveness of the strategy and the report must be submitted to Marketing Manager.
- Work together with Promotion Manager to ensure the strategy have been planned achieve same objective.
- Work together with Research & Development Department and Market Research Department in the production of new product and the improvement of existing products.
- Lead and collaborate with distributor, agency or others department related to product management.
- Make a visitation to distributor at least once a month (not included Central Area) and prepare the report a week after the visitation.
- Submission report – Product report, sales target report, product promotion report, 3 months budget rolling report, sell in report and etc.
- Make analysis report development by monthly and annual.
- Do a action plan to be taken for each national and regional distributor.
Job Requirement:
- Possess at least degree in Business Administration/Marketing or in any related field.
- Must have experience in FMCG industry
- At least 2 years of experience in similar field.

Adabi began its journey into Malaysian homes in 1984, with the creation of various curry products in a small factory located in Batu Caves Light Industrial Area. Two years later, 1986 saw the sudden rise in market growth which prompted our transfer to a larger factory in Taman Kepong Light Industrial Area. There, we expanded our business further. The company then added two more plants at Taman Ehsan Light Industrial Area in the year 1990 and 1992 respectively.
Due to increasing consumer demand, in 1996 Adabi made the move to its current location in Rawang Integrated Industrial Park. Its four-acre land is home to the company’s production sites, warehouses, corporate office as well as administrative facilities.
