Positions:
1. SENIOR EXECUTIVE, STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
Requirements for the Position:
1. Educational Qualifications:
- Possess a Degree or its equivalent (preferably in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Banking or related discipline)
2. Work Experience:
- At least 3 years of working experience.
3. Skills and Abilities:
- Matured, confident, innovative, versatile and a team player
- Passionate about meeting people at all levels at the platform of knowledge sharing
- Compassionate and demonstrate empathy while retaining an objective approach in educating the public
- Possess excellent presentation and communication skills both oral and written in Bahasa Melayu and English as well as the necessary knowledge concerning financial education
- Possess strong problem solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to use a variety of learning/training methodologies in programme delivery
- Ability to work long hours and during weekends and public holidays, if required.
4. Additional Requirement:
- Good credit report.
2. TEMPORARY CLERK
Requirements:
- Malaysian citizenship required.
- SPM/Diploma/Degree holder in any field.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer service orientation.
- Immediate availability preferred.
- Fresh graduates strongly encouraged to apply.
- Consideration given to unemployed individuals.

The Credit Counselling and Debt Management Agency, or commonly known as Agensi Kaunseling dan Pengurusan Kredit (AKPK), is an agency set up by Bank Negara Malaysia in April 2006 to help individuals take control of their financial situation and gain peace of mind that comes from the wise use of credit. AKPK offers the following services to individuals, free of charge:
- Financial education on the responsible use of money and credit management skills
- Counselling and advice on financial management
- Debt management programme to assist consumers to regain financial control.
