Positions:
1. EXECUTIVE, PROCUREMENT & SUPPLY CHAIN
- Request for the quotations (RFQ), make negotiations and creating procurement comparison (QCF) following procurement procedure & policy for local and oversea vendors.
- Assisting on finding new vendor and sourcing for items as per business requisition & evaluate vendor’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project or purpose.
- Assess & screen the Requisition Order (RO) from requestor.
- Enter Purchase Order (PO) using SAP.
- Monitor on the Goods Receipt (GR) & posting MIGO.
- Logistic and operation support to companies within the Group of Aviation business.
- Maintain Goods Received Notes and Acceptance Form for aircraft parts/GSE items.
- SAP Purchasing data maintenance and analysis report.
- Vendor registration and maintenance.
- Assist on finding new vendor and sourcing for items as per business requisition.
- Accomplish the receiving inspection by follow the procedure of process flow (Receive Physical Unit, Documentation Inspection, Physical Inspection, and Acceptance).
- Distribute and deliver the document or parcel to departments or customer from courier.
2. SENIOR EXECUTIVE, CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MAN
- Diploma / Bachelor in Property Management / Tenant Management or any related field.
