Responsible for overseeing that include in facilitating and managing the whole MMU Cnergy Business Planning and Operation matters that inclusive in the areas of:
Human Resource
Finance
Risk, Policy and Governance
Sales & Business - Planning and Operation. To explore new business opportunities that will have impact on the growth of the business. To evaluate, formulate, develop, recommend and manage the new business initiatives.
Preparing management reports for CEO and BoD of MMU Cnergy/MMU.
Provide leadership according to TM SUCCESS Leadership Competency Framework.
