Job Responsibilities:

Actively drives Talent attraction & engagement initiatives to reinforce UNIQLO Malaysia’s presence as an Employer of Choice. Your contributions include, but not limited to the following:-
  • Provide strong support in the implementation of Employer Branding & Recruitment strategies from attracting high-quality candidates, monitoring, and executing end to end selection process.
  • Develop strong partnership with the Store Operations Team by adopting an innovative and effective recruitment process to support retail hiring needs.
  • Lead strategic campus attraction strategies through employer branding activation such as campus events, recruitment fairs, office visits and student networking events.
  • Adopt best practices and approach from brand marketing, digital media, and communication to promote Brand EVP (digital/offline) for Management Trainee & Retail Hiring. Strategically plan and execute targeted campaigns to reach out to targeted talent pools.
  • Integrates UNIQLO’s brand strategies into all talent attraction strategies and marketing and promotional actions (ie: digital platforms, career sites, print materials, presentation decks etc).
  • Direct responsible person in management of external vendors to review and monitor service deliverables to meet business needs. 
Support the monitoring of UMC Talent Retention Strategies which includes:-
  • Provide support to the company's succession plan and talent pipeline by working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to monitor talent progress and development plan. This includes talent check-ins and reviews

Job Requirement:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, or any relevant degree.
  • Excellent in English (written & verbal).
  •  Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in recruitment and candidate selection process. Prior experience in Graduate Recruitment Program / Management Trainee Program would be an added advantage.
  • Demonstrate good knowledge and passion in Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing.
  • Possess strong interpersonal and presentation skills (both verbal and written)
  • People and results oriented. Ability to work, respond and adapt well to pressure and changes.
  • Passionate about building strong relationships and following through with relevant stakeholders to achieve effective stakeholder management and results.
  • Structured, meticulous and possess strong attention to details.
  • Demonstrates active problem-solving skills, provide recommendations using past experiences and rationale to propose and recommend work processes and practices to achieve better results.
  • Computer literate especially in Ms. Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Ms. Outlook.
