The Urban Development Authority (UDA) was established by the government of Malaysia on the 12th November 1971 to advance the nation’s planned urban development for both commercial and residential purposes. UDA was incorporated on the 12th September 1996 as UDA Holdings Sdn. Bhd., and later changed to UDA Holdings Berhad effective 14th July 1999. Positions:

1. EXECUTIVE, CUSTOMER SYSTEM SERVICES


The Job:
  • Assist in managing and developing strategies and customer relation management system for customer database,
  • Assist in CRM system that keeps up-to-date records of customer contact information and data, and makes it accessible to users.
  • Assist in overseeing all interactions between a company and its customers
  • Assist in coordinating software implementation and upgrades, software needs and system security.
  • Assist in budget and planning and monitoring.
  • Ensure timely completion of reporting.
  • Handle and solve customer inquiries and request promptly, accurately, and professionally
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by immediate supervisor and management
  • Provide first-level technical support using documented procedures and available tools and assist on technical and administrative support.
  • Advise the best solution and help the customer to solve issues and follow up with customers and do corrections whenever necessary for customer satisfaction
  • Respond professionally upon receiving customer complaints and help to identify the problem and the factors causing the problem relates to system
  •  Assist in creating policies and procedures in line with CRM
  • Other Ad-hoc tasks as and when required by the superior

The Incumbent:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree with a minimum of 3 - 5 years of working experience.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management software (CRM)
  • Strong leadership skills and experience.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Customer-oriented person.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
